STEP 1: Preheat your oven at 450F, and measure the dry ingredients and the fat into a mixing bowl.
STEP 2: Cut the dry ingredients and the fat until grainy (as shown in the picture) with a pastry fork.
STEP 3: When your oven has reached 450F, drop the water and the vinegar into the dry ingredients, and mix with a spoon until sticky.
STEP 4: Knead the sticky dough just enough to form a rough, lumpy ball.
STEP 5: Flatten the ball of dough and cut into 8 pieces.
STEP 6: Bake at 450F for 13 minutes.
STEP 7: Serve with butter as a side dish with your meals or with breakfast. Good results when re-heated in microwave!
