Homemade Breadcrumbs
  • 8 slices fresh baked, no phosphate preservative bread (160g)
Makes one cup of breadcrumbs. Use in meatball recipe.

STEP 1: Slice some fresh-baked bread. Check the ingredient list; the bread should not contain phosphate preservatives in the ingredient list.
STEP 2: Toast the bread and let dry overnight.
STEP 3: Break up and add to your blender; Pulse at high speed. This step takes a few minutes.
STEP 4: Remove the chunks with a sieve if a fine texture is desired.
