Caramelized Apple
  • 1 apple (160g)
  • 1 tsp butter (5g)
  • 1 tbs brown sugar (10g)
  • 2 tbs water (30g)
Delicious on pancakes and crepes. Simple to make, and really tasty!

STEP 1: Heat the butter in a frying pan until bubbly.
STEP 2: Cut the apple in coarse bits.
STEP 3: Fry the apples in butter until golden.
STEP 4: Add the water and the brown sugar, and cook until it becomes syrupy, and coats the apples.
STEP 5: Serve plain or on pancakes and crepes.
