Chicken Salad Sandwiches
- 1/2 Cooked Chicken breast (125g)
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise (50g)
- 1 tsp very finely chopped celery (6g)
- 2 slices fresh bread (for each sandwich) (50g)

Put the chicken and the mayonnaise in a food processor with a knife blade attachment in place.
Chop until it forms a rough paste.
Mix in the finely chopped celery.
