  • 1 paper-thin slice prosciutto (10g)
  • 2 tbs notomato sauce (30g)
  • 5 leaves spinach, coarsely chopped (5g)
  • 3 leaves fresh oregano (1g)
  • 1 tbs goat cheese (20g)
  • 1 tsp olive oil (5g)
A treat! Don't omit the olive, it replaces the mozzarella a bit!
