Korean Hot Pork and Cabbage
  • 2/3 cup cubed pork filet (75g)
  • 1 tsp peanut oil (3.5g)
  • 1 1/2 cup napa cabbage (150g)
  • 1 small handful rice noodles (40g)
  • 1/3 cup cubed red peppers (35g)
  • 1.5 tsp sugar (7g)
  • 1.5 tsp Korean red pepper paste (25g)

STEP 1: Heat oil in a small cook pot and fry the meat and the green onion.
STEP 2: Meanwhile, in another pot, prepare the rice noodles according to manufacturer's instructions. Don't make too much rice noodles, as this more of a vegetable and meat dish than a noodle dish.
STEP 3: Add the napa cabbage.
STEP 4: Add the sugar and the gochujang korean red pepper paste.
STEP 5: The sugar and the salt in the red pepper paste will draw out the liquids in the napa cabbage within minutes..
STEP 6: Add the sweet red peppers.
STEP 7: Toss in the cooked rice noodles and stir until coated.
