1 cup drained bottled roasted peppers (235g)
1/4 cup olive oil (35g)
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic (10g)
1 tsp fresh basil, 4-5 leaves (2g)
1 tsp fresh oregano, 6-7 leaves (2g)
1 tbs flour (8g)
This tomato sauce has no tomatoes, and you would hardly know it! It's also much faster to make. Two portions.

Use bottled grilled peppers, or prepare your own with this
peeled peppers method
Place all the ingredients in a blender and liquefy.
Transfer to a cook pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Substitute anywhere you may need tomato sauce, here shown on the obvious... pasta.
