- 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic (10g)
- 1 tsp fresh basil, 4-5 leaves (2g)
- 1 tsp fresh oregano, 6-7 leaves (2g)
- 1 tbs flour (8g)
This tomato sauce has no tomatoes, and you would hardly know it! It's also much faster to make. Two portions.
