Prepare all the ingredients.
Chop all ingredients except the pork and the wonton wrappers at high speed in a food processor.
The chopped mixture should look like fine coleslaw.
Add the pork to the food processor.
Chopped until fairly smooth.
Drop a teaspoon of filling on each thawed wonton and fold like a turnover.
Freeze for 3 hours without the stuffed wontons touching.
Steam for 20 minutes straight from the freezer.
Serve with plain rice and a dipping sauce made of 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp vinegar, and 1 teaspoon sambal olek or other oriental flavoring.
