Purple Cabbage Slaw
1 cup red cabbage (90g)
1/2 cup green grapes cut in halves (80g)
2 tbs vinegar (30g)
1 tsp sugar (6g)
A most attractive color! Makes two portions
3/4 cup (100g)
Prepare the ingredients and toss in a mixing bowl. Refrigerate overnight.
Serve as an entree.
