Rice Noodles and Napa
- 1 tsp oil for frying (5g)
- 1/2 cup volume rice noodles (30g)
- 1/4 cup pork filet, sliced thin (50g)
- 1/2 cup napa in cubes (30g)
- 1 tsp cornstarch (5g)
- 1/3 cup water (85g)
- 1/4 tsp Accent (MSG) (0.7g)
- 1/2 cup steam fried noodles (12g)

Start cooking noodles according to instructions on the package. Heat up the oil in a frying pan, and fry the onion until they are hot. Do not overcook.
Add the meat and the napa cabbage.
Mix the water, the corn starch, Accent and salt, and add to the stir fry. Some fried noodles soften more easily than others. If yours don't, this is the point when you
should add them.
Add the cooked noodles, and the fried noodles and coat them with the sauce. Add the fried noodles nowif you are using the softer kind.
