1 tsp butter (5g)
2 tbs water (60g)
2/3 cup chopped asparagus in 1" segments (90g)
A very simple method for cooking your asparagus just right.
Heat up the butter until it sizzles.
Fry the asparagus on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Add the water, cover, turn the heat down low and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
So delicious, they need nothing but a bit of salt!
