  • 3/4 cup (2 florets) cauliflower finely chopped (90g)
  • 1 tsp butter (5g)
  • 1 tbs water (15g)

STEP 1: Prepare two large florets.
STEP 2: Chop finely.
STEP 3: Heat butter at medium-high in a skillet.
STEP 4: Fry the cauliflower until it begins to golden.

STEP 6: Serve with Basmati rice and lamb chops with rosemary.
