Special K with Rice Milk and Blueberries
- 1 1/4 cup Special K (29g)
- 2/3 cup unfortified Rice Dream milk substitute (80g)
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries (40g)
Rice Milk is very low in phosphorus and potassium, and makes a milk substitute with very mild taste. Special K is among the lowest, if not the lowest, breakfast
ceral for these elements as well. Throw in some blueberries instead of sugar, it will help mask that the "milk" is different from regular milk - not to mention
that blueberries are a treat that's good for you!
