Steak And Peppers
One quarter coarsely chopped onion (40g)
1/2 cup cubed steak (100g)
2/3 cup coarsely chopped green peppers (60g)
1/2 cup coarsely chopped red peppers (60g)
1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce (3.5g)
Drop the oil in your skillet and heat to medium-high. Cook the steak and the onions until tender. Do not overcook. Add the peppers and the soy sauce and cook them for not more than a couple of minutes.
Serve with flatbread.
