Blend the cream cheese with 1 tsp egg white until smooth, then add the rest of the egg whites gradually. The cream cheese can be a little lumpy, that's OK.
Dip the bread in the mixture. You'll notice 4 slices of bread, that loaf made small slices!
Heat up butter in a skillet on medium-high, and add the bread as soon as the butter begins to sizzle.
When the underneath is firm and golden, flip over to cook the top.
